Today we start Season 2 of our podcasts!  Every 6 episodes, we will take a brief break to allow for research and topic development for our next series of podcasts.  We are tackling new topics and new episodes.  

This first episode is about cryptocurrency.  What is cryptocurrency and why is it important?  It's more than Kevin knew about and Brian does a great job of describing why we need to know about it and how it can help in the future.  He also gives resources for where to find out more information if you are interested in investing in cryptocurrency!!


It's a tough subject that Brian make seem easy to understand!

In this episode, we discuss how to recover after a workout and also several different methods for reducing soreness after a workout.  There are so many methods we scratch the surface on, such as the Alexander method of SMR, Stretching, RICE, nutrition after a workout and so on.

Today we updated about some things going on in the world of Kevin and Brian and then move into our discussion about exercise intensity and application to fitness goals. We discussed target heart rate and calcualtion of "zones" and about how the science of exercise workes with intensity... we have so much on this topic.. we are moving into another one next week on it as well. too much good stuff!
