This interview reveals more of how thinking about things can help you in achieving that which it is.  It is also important to understand that we discuss that Coach K didn't ALWAYS think the way he did, and that it is a skill that can be learned!   Sharpening the saw took Coach K Years, and now, with the skill set he has to accomplish great things, there is very rarely a time in which he is held back from anything!

FTF Episode 23, Masters Games Athlete and 15:13 Fitness and Strength Owner Kim williams

In this episode, Coach K is hanging out in Grafton Ohio with 2013 Masters Games Competitor and Gym Owner of 15:13 Fitness and Strength, Kim Williams.

Today we discuss her experience coming through as a new athlete within the ranks of the Sport of Fitness "CrossFit®"   We also talk about some of the differences of training as a masters athlete and what the importance of recovery is. 
Kim discusses some of her passion in changing the health and wellness industry and some of the things she has going on!  She also discusses why she has chosen to utilize FTF as the programming for her gym 
We also get to hear from her daughter Haley, who just turned 15 and participated in her first competitions this weekend and her experience as an athlete and a new member of the gym getting to make positive changes in her life! 
this came after a long weekend of fun and teaching out here in Grafton!

Welcome to Epsiode 20 from FTF Fitness.  we are returning to new podcasts, and getting the word back out about health and wellness ranging from functional fitness to Bro Session to strength training to all sorts of methods!
